Here’s What Will Happen
By hitting submit your questions, concerns, comments, etc will be send directly into our CRM.
Then an email is sent right away to our support team (right here in our office, not some outsourced center), and everyone on our team is aware there’s a new support ticket.
A support task is created and tracked in our system, which logs everything you submit. BTW- We use the same CRM that Michael Gerber and others, so there’s no chance of your support ticket getting lost in the pile.
Here’s What You Can Expect Next
Usually within a few hours (during the week) and within a day on weekends someone from my support team will get back to you. If you need us to call you just let us know and someone will call you back and take care of you.
We are really, REALLY obsessive compulsive about taking care of our clients and that’s why we use the first class system you’re using now.
My core support staff has been with me for over a decade in many cases and they can do what ever is necessary to help you out ☺ She’s a real rock star and sometimes I think people just ‘make up stuff’ so they can talk to her.
